• 700 Watts of drying power: Ensures that food dries in a matter of hours, not days.
• Top mounted fan: Eliminates the worry of liquids dripping into the heater chamber. Makes clean up a lot easier.
• Temperature control (95F-160F): Different foods dry best at different temperatures.
• 5 Trays: Expandable to 12 trays in total. As your need increases, simply get more trays. No need to buy another dehydrator.
• Converga-Flow drying system: Forces air down the exterior pressurized chamber, then horizontally across each individual tray, converging on the core. It ensures that food dries fast and evenly. So there are no flavor mixing and no need for tray rotation.
• Comes with a colorful booket with tons of useful tips and guidelines for drying all sorts of foods. Both novice and long time users of food dehydrators will find plenty of useful information.

How do you use it? It is very simple. Place the foods to be dried into the trays. Stack them up on the base. Put the top mounted power unit on the top tray. Pick a drying temperature. Plug it into an electrical outlet.

Note: Some users have commented on the lack of a timer and an on/off switch on the FD-75PR model. This can be rectified with the use of an outlet timer, which can bought for a few dollars.
